Basement Transformation
I needed to remove and replace my basement flooring. My neighbour had work done by Ecolux Contracting and highly recommended them and as I had seen them around the neighbourhood doing work at various homes, I called them to take a look at the work I needed to be done and provide a quote. Jiyan of Ecolux Contracting assessed the work, provided suggestions and gave me a very reasonable quote and provided a timeline. Jiyan and his team started the job on time, moved the furniture, removed the old flooring and took care of the disposal. Together we chose the flooring, ordered it, and as soon as it arrived, it was installed. I am very pleased with the installation of the new flooring and baseboards. The workers were very experienced. They were true professionals. I highly recommend Ecolux Contracting to anyone who needs to renovate their home.

Basement Renovation
We recently hired Jiyan and his team at EcoLux to frame, insulate, and drywall a large portion of our basement after experiencing some minor water damage, and we couldnt be happier with the results. From start to finish, Jiyan was professional, responsive, and efficient. He was always quick to reply to our text messages and kept us updated on the progress of the project. The work was completed on time and at a very reasonable price, which we greatly appreciated. Jiyans creativity stood out as wellhe built us a low-cost yet incredibly functional shelving system for our basement storage room, which was an unexpected bonus. Our kitchen and main bathroom was due for a full update and Ecolux did an amazing job. There was open, honest and transparent communication from the first meeting and all throughout the renovation - we were kept up to date on the progress and timelines along the way. Jiyan worked within our budget and the final product is beautiful and of great quality. Jiyan helped us make decisions wherever we were unsure about design or finishes, always presenting options. He also made every effort to keep us as clients happy, incorporating our needs and wants and addressing any issues professionally. We were also really impressed with how neat and organized the construction areas were maintained and how well-taped off and dust free the rest of our place was during the renovation. I had hired Ecolux Contracting to do some extensive renovation on my newly purchased home. Project entailed complete rewiring, relocation of plumbing lines, 2 bathrooms, security & sound, insulation, drywall etc. Jiyan and his crew were meticulous with every detail and all the finishing touches.
